What changed in PEMAX.

Every change a user can see, newest first, dated by the day it was merged into the product. Written for the people who use PEMAX, not for the people who build it.

  1. PlatformSecurity

    PEMAX is live at app.pemax.io

The rebuilt PEMAX runs in production: the app and the database in Frankfurt, the background worker on Google Cloud in the Netherlands. Sign-up is invite-only, and Mape Media's own workspace is the first one on it.

  2. Platform

Every screen on one design system

Calls, analytics, review, meetings, tasks, the databank, signals and the sign-in pages now share the layout, colours and wording of the rest of the app. Buttons, tabs and filters get touch-size targets on a phone, and an empty list says why it is empty.

  3. InboxTeamSecurity

    Unread is per person now

Opening a thread marks it read for you, not for the whole team, so a manager no longer clears a rep's unread count. Hide a dashboard item until tomorrow or for a week; it returns when something changes. Members can leave a workspace (their work goes to the owner), and only staff can reset a lost second factor, with a reason and a notice to you.

  4. TeamSecurity

Workspace settings and your own account, apart

Settings now has two areas: workspace settings, one topic per page for owners and admins, and your own account (profile, mailboxes and calendar, appearance, two-step sign-in, sessions, your data). Every page and action checks your role on the server. Staff acting as your workspace cannot change anyone's personal settings.

    Team & roles
  5. Inbox

A three-column inbox that stays put

List, conversation and prospect panel side by side, and picking a thread does not move a pixel. Threads are grouped into Waiting on you, New and Older, filters live in the link so you can share a view, and the keyboard works throughout. Search ignores accents, so Muller finds Müller.

    Inbox
  6. EmailDialerDeliverability

Prospects, sequences, dialer and deliverability, reworked

One primary action per view, labelled filters with a results line, and tables that turn into rows on a phone. Deliverability opens with its verdict and lists the worst mailbox first. Every page has a proper error, not found and loading state, and confirmations use the app's own dialog.

  7. PlatformTeam

A dashboard that answers three questions

Is anything wrong, what needs me, how am I doing. Problem banners show only while something is wrong, one attention feed is ordered by urgency, four key numbers come with their definition and trend, and managers get a table per market. The counts match the inbox badge because they use the same rule.

  8. ComplianceTeam

Retention per kind of data, and clean offboarding

Transcripts and AI summaries, AI triage, per-person attribution, warmup mail and webhook payloads each get a retention window per workspace, applied by one daily sweep that respects legal hold. Remove and hand over moves a departing rep's work in one step. Reading a transcript is logged, like listening to a call.

    Compliance & trust
  9. Platform

    New interface foundations

A new visual system under every screen: colours checked for contrast in light and dark, calmer surfaces, a floating navigation rail and one search entry with honest loading and empty states. A workspace's own brand colour now reaches its menus too.

  10. ComplianceDialerAI

    Strict compliance defaults

A workspace that changes nothing starts strict. Consent given on a call or in person takes two clicks to record, and then email opens for that person. First-contact notices come in Dutch and English with per-prospect placeholders. Call recording follows the destination: Germany, Switzerland and Austria ask for consent first. The AI marking stays on a message after you edit it.

    Compliance & trust
  11. EmailTeamEnrichment

Tasks, email and meetings from the prospect

Create a follow-up task with a due time in the market's time zone, or assign one to a teammate as an admin. Compose an email and log a meeting straight from the prospect panel. The Apollo credit budget and custom DKIM selectors are now settings, and warmup has one control.

  12. EmailDeliverabilityCompliance

Mailbox rotation you can rely on

Prospects spread evenly over a rep's mailboxes. A paused or recovering mailbox makes a run wait and retry instead of stopping it, the picker skips mailboxes whose DNS check fails, and a person who was erased is never imported again.

    Deliverability
  13. Platform

Walked as an intern and as a manager

We used the product in each role and fixed what got in the way: CSV imports keep last names and read semicolon files from Dutch Excel, times show in the market's time zone, labels replace internal codes, dialogs are keyboard reachable, and anything destructive asks first.

  14. TeamSecurityCompliance

    Run your own team

Owners and admins invite, change and remove members with a role, market and scope, never above their own rank. Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, a sign-in trail with IP address and device, GDPR erasure that keeps the suppression, and bulk export limited to the people allowed to take a whole market out.

    Team & roles
  15. EnrichmentCompliance

Apollo search and enrich, on your own key

Search Apollo, enrich only the people you pick and import them with a lawful basis recorded per address. Credits are metered against a monthly budget, phone numbers arrive when Apollo has them, and searches and imports export with their source.

    Enrichment
  16. Dialer

A power dialer on your own Twilio

Connect your Twilio account and PEMAX sets up the voice app itself. Power dial through a queue, log outcomes that create follow-ups, use call scripts per language, and do-not-call is checked at dial time. Callbacks become tasks, and an inbound call rings the rep who called that number last.

    Dialer
  17. ComplianceEmailDeliverability

    The send gate

Nothing is enrolled or sent without a recorded lawful basis per address, an allowed recipient country, a sender identity with postal address, a working unsubscribe, the first-contact notice in the prospect's language and passing SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Checked at enrolment and again right before sending.

    Compliance & trust
  18. TeamSecurity

Own-scope reps and a manager view

A member can be set to see only their own prospects and everything linked to them, enforced by the database. Mailboxes belong to a person, and rotation never borrows a colleague's. Managers see each rep side by side and can correct how a reply was classified.

  19. CRM

Qualified leads go to your CRM

A positive reply or a booked meeting sends a signed webhook to your own CRM, with retries, dead letters and replay. The CRM's record ids link back to the prospect. From there your CRM owns the lead: PEMAX is not a CRM and does not try to be one.

  20. EmailDeliverability

Email that lands, threads and unsubscribes

Sequences send from each rep's own Google Workspace mailbox, threaded as one conversation and paced with human gaps inside the market's business hours. The mail client's own unsubscribe button works in one click. A mailbox whose access was revoked fails loudly instead of silently.

    Sequences
  21. Deliverability

    Warmup without a vendor

Your own mailboxes warm each other: realistic mail between them, replies in the same thread, rescue from spam and a ramp per mailbox, all inside business hours and kept apart from cold sends. Each mailbox shows its inbox rate, and one that lands in spam too often is throttled or paused.

    Deliverability
  22. AI

    AI drafts wait for review

AI-drafted steps wait for a person by default, and an AI spend cap is on from the start. A workspace can bring its own LLM key, which PEMAX then uses for that workspace's drafts.

    Phase 1 starts

The November build begins. Phase 1: Mape Media's own sales team runs cold email and cold calling in PEMAX, the owner sees every rep, and qualified prospects go to Mape's own CRM. Two ground rules from day one: bring your own key for every outside service, and PEMAX is never a second CRM.

Before 5 November 2026

PEMAX was first built in July and August 2026. The November build rebuilt it package by package, so this changelog starts there. The story of the product and the company behind it is on the about page.

See what shipped, on a real workspace.

Thirty minutes with the people who build it. We show the product on a real workspace, answer the hard questions about deliverability and compliance, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
