PEMAX is built and run by Mape Media, a two-founder software company in Eindhoven. It is the outbound module of the MAPE Suite: the growth systems Mape builds, proves on its own business first, then runs for and with its clients.

Every module goes the same way. It earns its place on Mape's own business before a client sees it, and then a client can choose who runs it.

    Built for Mape first

    A module starts as something Mape Media needs itself. PEMAX grew out of the outreach tool Mape used for its own sales, rebuilt from scratch for many workspaces. Today Mape's own interns sell with it.

    Run for clients

    Mape Media operates the module on a client's behalf: supervised by people, and reported back. For PEMAX that is the Managed outbound plan.

    Used by clients' own teams

    A client's own team signs in to its own workspace, on its own keys, isolated from Mape's and from everyone else's. For PEMAX that is the Workspace plan.

Principles

The rules we build PEMAX by.

  • AI does the work, people approve what matters

    AI drafts wait for a person's review by default, and AI-written messages stay marked as such. The machine handles the volume; people make the calls that count.

  • Every workspace is isolated

    Row-level security on every table. One workspace's data, credentials and sending identity never reach another, and that includes Mape's own.

  • Hosted in the EU

    The app and the database in Frankfurt, the background worker in the Netherlands. Every credential is encrypted per workspace.

  • Bring your own keys

    Your mailboxes, your Twilio, your Apollo and your LLM key. Providers bill you directly, so we resell nothing and mark up nothing.

  • Honest about what is built

    Live means live. We say coming soon only where we mean it. Content and Paid are not built, so we do not demo them or sell them.

  • We run what we build

    The people who build PEMAX run it, use it for Mape's own sales, and answer your questions on the demo.

  1. 2022

    Mape Media is founded

    Pepijn van Unen and Mats de Winter start Mape Media in Eindhoven.

  2. July 2026

    The stack is locked

    One TypeScript codebase, Postgres with row-level security on every table, hosting in the EU. The first lines of a multi-tenant outbound product get written.

  3. August 2026

    A product of its own

    PEMAX becomes an independent product: its own infrastructure, its own accounts, its own domain, with Mape as tenant number one.

  4. 5 November 2026

    Phase 1 starts

    Mape's own sales team moves in: interns on cold email and cold calling, the owner seeing everything, qualified prospects to Mape's CRM.

  5. 6 November 2026

    Live

    PEMAX goes live at app.pemax.io, with Mape Media as the first workspace.

  6. Next

    Phase 2: clients

    Clients join as workspaces of their own, run by their own team or by ours.
